Hog & Hominy is a celebrated neighborhood eatery located at 707 W Brookhaven Circle in Memphis, Tennessee. Established in 2011 by chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman, the restaurant offers a unique fusion of Italian cooking with Southern roots. The chefs, both Memphis natives, trained at Johnson and Wales University and the Italian Culinary Institute, bringing a blend of traditional techniques and local flavors to their cuisine.
